A close-up, photographic realism image of a modern library reference desk made of light oak, completely unoccupied, with two open laptops displaying colorful AI data visualizations and network graphs labeled in Spanish. Around them lie neatly stacked academic journals, printed policy reports, and sticky notes mentioning "bibliotecas latinoamericanas" and "inteligencia artificial". Behind the desk, tall shelves of books in Spanish and Portuguese fade into a soft bokeh. Cool, diffused daylight filters through large unseen windows, creating gentle reflections on the laptop screens and a calm, focused atmosphere. Captured at eye level with a shallow depth of field that keeps the laptops and documents sharply in focus. The composition feels ordered, professional, and analytical, ideal for a critical observatory site.
An overhead, photographic realism shot of a large wooden table in a Latin American library, completely devoid of people, carefully arranged as an AI research workspace. On the table are open books on library science, printed AI ethics guidelines, a tablet showing a neural network diagram, and a small desktop server with soft blue indicator lights. Colored sticky tabs and highlighters add subtle accents of yellow, teal, and red. Soft, indirect afternoon light from a nearby window casts long, delicate shadows across the wood grain, emphasizing texture. Surrounding shelves with Spanish-language books are slightly blurred at the frame’s edges. The mood is methodical and investigative, conveying systematic analysis of AI tools in regional libraries, composed with balanced symmetry and crisp detail.

Eventos

A night-time photographic realism image of a minimalist control room dedicated to monitoring AI use in Latin American libraries, completely empty of humans. Multiple wall-mounted screens show maps of Latin America with softly glowing data points over major cities, dashboards with Spanish labels about "uso de IA", and timelines of technology adoption in libraries. A central, clean white desk holds only a slim keyboard, a closed notebook, and a pair of modern reading glasses resting atop a printed report. Cool bluish LED lighting gives the space a focused, observatory-like atmosphere, with subtle reflections on the glossy screens. Shot from eye level with a slightly wide angle, maintaining sharp focus across the scene. The mood is professional, critical, and vigilant, suggesting ongoing monitoring and analysis.

Taller

Encuentro práctico sobre aplicaciones de inteligencia artificial en servicios de referencia, con demostraciones de herramientas, debate ético y diseño colaborativo de proyectos para bibliotecas latinoamericanas.

A photographic realism image of a compact Latin American community library corner dedicated to AI literacy, with no people present. Low wooden shelves hold books on artificial intelligence, ethics, and digital literacy in Spanish, accented by small acrylic signs with icons of circuits and brains. A simple wall-mounted screen shows a paused video titled "IA en bibliotecas" with Spanish subtitles. Warm, late-afternoon sunlight enters from an unseen window, casting soft golden highlights on the spines of the books and creating gentle shadows behind them. A small potted plant adds a touch of green beside a neatly arranged display of printed brochures about responsible AI use. Shot at eye level with moderate depth of field, the composition feels inviting yet serious, highlighting outreach and critical education.

Seminario

A detailed photographic realism close-up of a printed analytical report about AI tools in Latin American libraries, spread open on a dark wooden desk with no person in sight. The pages show Spanish-language charts, bar graphs comparing countries, and annotated screenshots of library AI interfaces. Beside the report sits a tablet showing a heatmap of AI adoption across Latin America, and a fountain pen resting diagonally across the margin. Soft, directional desk-lamp lighting illuminates the papers, creating crisp shadows along the edges and subtle reflections on the tablet glass. The background fades into a gentle blur of more reports and books. Framed in a tight, top-down composition, the mood is precise, critical, and research-oriented, emphasizing rigorous documentation and analysis.
